    Second show!

    Ha ha.
She placed second in western pleasure and that was our only ribbon considering we didn't want to pick up the right lead, at all. Her headset improved! Her lope was slower. I also, for the first time, showed her in a bosal!
I was pretty proud of my little Lizzy in western pleasure though.
The judge liked us I think, we just didn't give him a distinct reason to place us when we were picking up the wrong lead. Oh well.

Sounds like you guys did good considering she's so young and the whole right lead thing.

Glad to hear about all of her improvements though! I can't wait to see how well she does when she's a bit older!

Sounds like a good show overall for your young one. I just did our first show with my 4 yr. Old, just did halter classes though. Next time I'll be brave enough to ride

    Keep it up!
