Smile ~ All 3 through to National Championships!

This year my two friends and I took part in the interschools show jumping league, trying out for the provincial team. After lots of hard training, tears, sweat, falls and 3 qualifying rounds our efforts paid off with all three of us having a place on the provincial team and going through to the National Championships!

I got through on cheeky little Damper, LoveStory10 got through on her chunky mare Love Story and our other friend got through on lazy old Bishop. We are all very proud of our horses, and are hoping that we do well at the National Championships on the 24th and 25th September.

I just thought I'd share the news with you all, and will definitely be putting up photo's and news on how the show went as soon as possible. Hold thumbs, this is our first huge show!

Below I just added a few shots of us, the first being me on Damper, the second being LoveStory10 on Love Story and the last one our friend on Bishop.

And yes, Bishop only has one eye, but it doesn't stop him from jumping well, as long as you make sure you turn him wide on his right side so he can see the jump properly in advance.
