!!! Barn Building Help Needed !!!

Hello,
my 2 friends and I plan on building our own stable in the very near future the problem is we'll need alot of loans to buy the land and build the barn. We're going to have 15 boarders, 30 trail horses and 5 extra stalls for the few horses we have born there (we're going to breed a few horses for show and for trail horses)

Anyone know of any places that give loans to help with equestrian projects or is my bank the only place that can help me? I live in NY will be building in Westchester or Long Island whichever we can find land first.
