Horse Retirement

Okay so I have a horse that is going to be 21 this year. He loves his job, but he has done his job and I want him to live his last couple of years being fat, dumb and happy. Right now he is a lesson horse and is still jumping and I don't want him to jump anymore. I live in Arizona and would like him to stay in state. I have been looking up north, but I have no clue of any good places. I wouldn't mind him being a trail horse now and again, but I don't want to sell him and I would still like to visit him and ride him every now and then. Does anyone know of some good places in arizona where I can board him and he can be fat dumb and happy?
