2 short horsey poems

I forgot I had this one until I was just browsing through my collection. It did have more verses but I lost them :(

Cliperty-clop, cliperty-clop,
All day long, never stop.
Canter fast or canter slow,
Either way its go, go, go!

Over fences, in the mud,
Faster, faster, it's so good.
In the paddock, on a hack,
Cliperty, cliperty, don't look back.

And this one. It's not really a horse, but its some kind of horesy creature thingy majig...yeps :S

Eyes as red as burning coals,
Nostrils black like deep cave holes.
Galloping hooves as fast as can be,
This creature can move over land, air or sea.

Leaving tracks in thick brown mud,
This beast lives deep inisde the wood.
No one could catch him if they tried,
For he moves faster than their stride.

So when you're walking through the wood,
Keep an eye out or you could,
Come to a very sticky end,
This beast don't want to be your friend.

You can see some of my other work here:

BUT be warned, some is not suitable for young people, or people who are easily offended.

Thanks, Rachelx

very good i must say

A horse can teach a girl courage, if she chooses to grab mane and hang on for dear life.
