Yearling
This one I favor. It's a barrel racing one. Hope you don't mind.

I'm a Barrel Racer

I'm a Barrel Racer, Lord. A quick time is all I need.
Just to turn these three barrels, with a decent amount of speed
I've hauled a lot of miles, to run this horse of mine
To make each barrel race & then the next one down the line
If it's a spill that I take please, Lord keep the dirt soft
For another run I'll make just as soon as I dust off.
My chin i'll keep it up & my tears i'll try to hide
Then I'll climb back in my saddle, ever anxious for my next ride
With heart & will in hand to win or lose with grace
For some other girl will want to win this very same barrel race
So let us ride as one Lord my barrel horse and me
For hard work & perseverance I believe this is the key
We've trained & we've worked hard & if I win you know of course
To you i'll give the glory to you & to my horse.

I looked and I looked but I never found
In the spring sweet grass on the clovery ground,
Sign of the ring where the ponies ran,
Lucky and Princess and Ginger and Dan.

Around and around in a circle enchanted,
We rocked to the canter and rose to the trot,
While the sun beamed mellow, beat yellow and hot,
And slid down the sky with its rust rays slanted,
And the grass was pounded and trampled away.
But that was another, a happier day.

Oh I looked and I sighed but I could not discover
In the narrowest path in the close green clover
An old rusty horseshoe to prove where they ran,
Lucky and Princess and Ginger and Dan.

And I in my silk dress and flowered hat,
Car keys dangling, a white glove gone,
Waiting for a ghost child to shout, "Rack on!"
Silly in the sunlight crying like that,
Silly to sigh for a vanished spring,
Four lost ponies and a grass-covered ring.

There you are :)

Many, many thanks! Been looking for that one for literally years -- almost as long as I've been searching for Croppie the Cowhorse! (Thanks to the person who posted that as well...

Out here im wieght-less
Flooting on air,
No worries,
No problems,
Two hearts,
Two souls that work in perfect harmony,
My horse and me
Best of friends till the end
