Nemesis raised his head at the distinct light trotting sound. It was Alejandro, the dapple grey school master. He was an incredibly young school master, barely past five. But he was a strong school master, when out in the fields without their riders; all the yearlings wound jump the jumps that had been left out from the previous day. When they wound leap and knock down the wooden bars, the Lustiano stallion would canter over and show them the way to do it. Alejandro was a god to the younger horses. Behind him was Albry, an Arab yearling. He galloped unevenly as he struggled to tail Alejandro.
