20$ to spend wisely...?

So I got a 20$ gift certificate to a tack shop nearby. I am starting barrel racing really soon, and I don't know what I can buy for 20$. I just got a new saddle pad, flank cinch, halter and I have all of the equipment. I just got splint boots(for free..I was going to get SMB's but I figured these will work for the time being). So I really don't know what to get? What are some good things I should have around? Anything common for barrel racing that is less than 20$ please post, I will tell you if I have it. I want to get some fly spray, and was thinking about reins, but I already have some barrel reins so I don't know if I want to spend my money on that. It doesn't really have to be riding related, just horse related.

Hmm... With twenty bucks I can usually get a new head stall, or a pair of reins... You could get some new brushes, or some fly spray. Barrel reins are fairly cheap, at least where I am. You could get a new bit, or some OH SO FUN twinkle toes hoof polish hahaha. I would just go, look around, and buy what you can't leave without.

Yeah. I have a nylon headstall right now, I want a leather one, but I don't know If I can get a real nice one for the price at my tack shop. I could use some new brushes though! I might get some barrel reins too. Or a new lead rope. I will probably get one of those cheap bottles of fly spray though. I just bought my horse a new hackamore and he works good in it so I don't need a new bit though :)

Good idea! I didn't even think about that, I will need some show clothes because I have zip right now.

Buy your horse some yummy treats! Haha, that's probably what I'd end up doing.
