Another vote for the Big Horn.

IMO the best synthetic on the market is the Fabtron. A good combination of synthetic and leather.

I'm not arguing with you, I'm just explaining why I'm right.

Big Horn is synthetic and leather. With previous years of saddle making experience before they ventured into the synthetic market.

I have an all around square skirted Abetta. I love it. Sure, it's no $3000 leather saddle, but it looks nice (despite being synthetic) and holds up to my heavy duty riding (2+ hours riding daily and barrel races every other weekend)

This is the big horn my mom has (except hers is brown) and it's really comfy and fits her horse well.

I double Big Horn. I'd take it over Abetta personally. Another one is Fabtron. No-no to Wintec on my side (broke under me).

Abetta saddles are mostly around $300-$400. It's affordable, comparing to those wintec and Bates. I have a Meti 500 saddle and it works well, affordable prices and supple leather.

If you're tired of daily dull work, then go horse riding.

Daughter's trainer has an old Abetta synthetic western saddle that she picked up a garage sale for $75. She mainly rides English, but since most people around here ride western, she picked up the saddle so she would have a western saddle to use while training horses. She loves hers.

We tried it on my Dancer, and it fit her beautifully - and all this time I thought she was going to be a booger to find a saddle for.

I'm seriously considering an Abetta Brushpopper saddle, or maybe the Stealth, since it has a round skirt and my Dancer has a short back.
