American Saddlery or Double C

Hello, and thanks!

I have been searching for a middle of the road saddle. I would love a Billy Cook or Circle Y, but can't afford one (even used). I have decided to go with a barrel saddle since they are light weight and I have a young horse (and I might get back into barrels). I have narrowed my search to a the Denari Barrel Saddle from American Saddlery and a Double C. Both are relatively the same price. I don't know much about the Double C accept that it has the same tree used on Billy Cook saddles and they make the Team Steinhoff Barrel saddles. Here is the saddle on from American Saddlery: 13" 14" 15" 16" American Saddlery The Denero Barrel Racing Saddle am824-825.

Please let me know your experiences and thoughts on both saddles. . . Thank you for your time!
