L2R- thanks for catching that!! What I got from the article was that the english saddles are further back.
BTW- If that's your kiddo in the photo, she's cute as a button!!!
Yup, that's my girl! She was 7 at the time. She's grown a foot now I think. Here she is on my mare last June, at age 9. My mare has thankfully quit getting so fat, lol. I increased the magnesium in her diet and she's done MUCH better! This was a pro-photo shoot, hence the dress, sandals, and no helmet . This is the same horse she was standing next too in that last post of mine. She's passing 5'1" now (she'll be 10 in Feb) and has a 29" inseam! She wears size 8 shoes right now! OMG, where's my little girl going?? Lol
are you talking about the first pad, or the second pad? I dont' remember what the first one was called but the second pad is an impact gel pad }(recommended by george strait lol)
And sure you may use my pic :) thanks for that. Oh and I hadn't had it fully tightened yet, my boy was all puffed out so I did tighten it when I had more room lol. Thanks again!
That last picture, with the felt pad. I don't normally like Impact Gel pads, as gel can trap heat and bottom out under pressure points, but I like the way that pad fits your saddle. It looks really good under it.
