anyone have experience with mikmar bits

I am looking at mikmar flexion combo big - jointed mouthpiece more or less as an experiment but wanted to see if anyone has used one before I go and spend $175 on one.

I'm on the fence. I'm not sure I like the combo bits as they seem like they have a lot going on. But I have a Mikmar Pelham and Ronan seems to like it - perhaps due to the roller. I will give them credit for the metal they use - for such a large bit, it is very light.

I really like the size of the bits. The really wide mouth pieces. I have a mare with a super sensitive mouth and it seems like the wider the bit the more relaxed and supple she is si this is one reason I would like to try on of these bits. I don't know whether to get the straight or jointed mouth piece though. She rides in a straight now but the jointed looks like it would give more tongue room. I may be wrong on that though
