Arrrgghhh! Bought tack and now there is a huge sale!!

FYI tack junkies, there is a huge $10 24 hour sale at HorseloverZ.
Ugh! Just spent a ton on some new odds and ends. Now it's on
Sale or comparable items are HALF of what I spent. I'm probably
Going to stock up on some more! Hubby just told me to quit outfitting
My new boy... he he....

Happy Shopping!

BEWARE October and Horseloverz's $2, $5, $10, $20 sale items!!! I've gotten lots of goodies from them. BTW, check out your local farm supply stores. THEY have many things on sale for the winter right now, too.

Do you think the $2/5/10/20 is coming soon after this? I spent all day Monday
Comparing internet prices with the local tack shops/co-ops. Only got a bit at
About the same price... We REALLY need a large tack shop in NWA, seems like
It's just a bunch of odds and ends here and there, of course they will ORDER you
Anything! Might be my next venture... after I retire!

The problem with brick and mortar stores is that they have a lot more expenses than an online one, and they usually can't keep their prices as low.

The only way a brick and mortar store will do okay, is if it's tied into an online system, like Dover.

There's no real money to be made in fixed locations anymore, because people are used to the discounts they get online.

Oh, I understand! We own/operate a HUGE Lodge and event business, people
Really don't understand the associated costs of operation and overhead.
I use our local tack shops/co-ops in emergency situations, and TRY HARD to support their businesses.
Unfortunately they are mostly western associated, carry bottom quality tack at top quality prices, the local english tack shop has NO selection and orders most everything for you when you come in, which I can do myself. I'm not planning on opening a store
ANYTIME soon, it was just a jest!

Ha Ha! My husband LITERALLY had a fit this morning when he checked our bank account and saw how much I spent! I was supposed to only buy a bridle and some small odds & ends. Ended up with a new girth strap, reins, bridle(s), etc...etc.... Oh well, at least I'm stocked up for a while, thank heavens I didn't go for the new saddle! Might have sent him over the top!

Has anyone checked Chick's? They carry many of the same brands and may be cheaper yet.
