    Gah I think I had it an inch or so too far forward. He's a weirdo at first with synthetic saddles so was being all goofy when I was trying to put it on him at first to take pics :(

    It seems to fit okay from the pics (but I'm no pro lol). It looks like you might have it a teeensy bit too far back in the cinched up pic? But maybe just the angle of the pics.

    It's supposed to be mega poofy - it's like that so, as you ride, it can conform to your horse's shape better. So the more you ride the better it will fit.

    Fit looks OK to me, as well. And as Shoebox mentioned, it does look a bit far back. You know what this means - reposition and more pictures
