How is a measurement taken for an aussie saddle cinch? What points on the cinch are they taken from?

What kind of aussie saddle is it?

A poley stock? - has no cinch, but a girth and surcingle
A fender or halfbreed may have one?

I personally can't answer ur question???? I want to i'm just confused
