Australian Saddle

I bought an Aussie saddle that needed light repairs to the padding to use as a trail saddle for my husband. This is the first one I've owned, and now that it's fixed I need to figure out how to put it together lol. I need to know how the stirrups attach, and if a normal western cinch (this saddle has no horn but has the western billet for the cinch) works on it, or if I need a special cinch. Thanks guys :)

A photo would help. There are a lot of variations in an "Aussie" saddle, so it is really hard to give advice without seeing it or knowing a bit more.

I use English leathers like one would with an English saddle.

^ Thanks, I didn't even realize that could be done! I would have rather bought one with english style billets, but for $50 I figured I could deal without lol
