I got a bridle (complete with reins) for $20 on consignment. It's a pretty nice bridle, except for three things.
First, the noseband is shaped weirdly. One side of it is flat against his face, and the other just kind of comes up and around the side of his nose. How can I get it to lie nice and even all over?
Secondly, the buckle on the noseband is really hard to get undone. it kins ofo gets stuck, but with a little prying it comes off. I have noticed that it is a little rusty, but not too bad. How can I get it to come off easier?
Third, the noseband sits too low. I need to get holes punched, but I don't know how to or where to get it done. But maybe my barn has a hole puncher somewhere...
Any suggestions?
