BAREBACK PAD

I just bought that, I was at a local tack store and someone custom ordered it and then said they didn't want it and refused to pay for it so she sold it at half price, so I only paid $59 bucks or something. The bad side? Its got a 12" seat and I need a like an inch or two of room so I'm going to start doing squats lol!! I fit fine its just when I want to use the grab strap my hand is in my crotch, I fit fairly snugly in it though (which I like) but I haven't plaid around with it completely on my horse only at home. Opinions on it? It came with stirrups and stuff but the first thing I did was take 'em off.[/list]

Yay for taking off the stirrups!! That's about the worst thing you can do is have a bareback pad with stirrups.... Sorry it's too small, it sounds awkward........ hmm, squats, I could use some of those too

Yea If I find it impossible I'll either take it back or ebay it or soemthing and order a different sized one, The stinky thing is I LOVE it already if I could just knock an inch off my rear I'd be PERFECT.

Edit- Squats are great, I do them with either weights or something. I also do leg-lifts with ankle weights.



It helps trim and slim your thighs.

Hmm, out of shape I just started walking two miles a day..... it was 70 out.....and now there's snow I think i'm going to use your ankle weight idea...... but right now they're keeping my garage door shut that's improvision

Haha! My dad used to have a pair of ankle weights when I was a kid... they were essentially used as very large paperweights.

Thats one fancy bareback pad. The ones I have seen have always been a saddle pad with a girth. You should have fun riding with that one.

I always saw those too so when I saw this I was like Ooh fun! It is supposed to be a "Trail Pad" for riding on the trail and stuff. I only got it because of the cantle and that means we can run up hills without me almost sliding off so much.
