Exclamation Barrel Racing Bits?

I have a Paint gelding and he has trouble turning tight and stopping quicker i have a tomthumb on him now what do y'all recomend me to try with him?

Bits shouldn't be short cuts. I know that gets tiresome to hear and say around here but I just cannot help it. Get him in a nice snaffle, or halter; and practice his turning and stops

Also, tom thumbs kinda stink.

^^Agree. Put him back in a regular snaffle (untwisted) and work on his training. That's the only way he'll get better.
