Bell Boot Question

Hi all, for bell boots that velcro in the front (two velcro straps, if that makes sense) does it matter which way the velcro faces as it does with splint boots and polos and such? For instance, would the bottom velcro face toward the outside?

These are just to wear riding during my lesson.

Nope! The straps there aren't pulling on any tendons or ligaments, granted if you aren't putting them on way too tight, so it doesn't matter where the straps are placed!
