Bell boot question

I got some bell boots for Sonny and they seem to fit alright, but they are pretty big for him. I got a medium size, but I have to overlap the sides by an inch.

Anyone know the difference in size compared to a medium and a small? Should I try a small? Or should I just duct tape the boots on when I ride?

If they don't fit properly, I would suggest getting the smaller size, if you purchased them locally, I'm sure they will let you do an exchange, and if the smalls are TOO small, exchange back up.

I do have them on, I even had my trainer look at them...and she said they were on fine. I just think Sonny has an abnormally skinny pastern haha
