Best English Girt for trail riding

Hi. I am transitioning from a western saddle to a Wintec 2000 AP.

All of my riding is rough terrain trail riding - ups, downs, obstacles (step overs, not jumps) in temps in the 20s in Winter and averages of 90 degrees F with 70+ percent humidity in the Spring to Fall months.

I prefer 100% Alpaca western girts because of their wicking and cleanup.

I have no idea what to use on my soon to be new English saddle. The 2000 has 3 leathers for the girt. I know how to measure, but what is the best brand and material to use in my riding conditions?

Thank you for your advice.
