Best english riser pad?

I think I need a riser pad for my jumping saddle.

It kindof looks like the cantle is sitting a little low, and I'd like your opinions on the best risers.

The problem is, Annie has an EXTREMELY sensitive back, and if I get a riser, it has to be something that will keep her back from getting sore. So if there's any sort of like... ortho raiser pad, pleaseeee tell me, I'd love to get one.
