I use baking soda or corn starch. I rub it in a bit with my hand and let it sit then vacuum. I prefer baking soda as it has less "pouff". I may use a suede brush a little before vacuuming. You can try a gum rubber eraser, the tan colored cube and lightly rub it on the suede.
Leather New is what I have been using for years, been happy with it.
I have used Murphy Oil Soap as well in a pinch.
As far as suede, a stiff brush to bring the nap up and get the dirt out. I think there is some suede cleaners out there...."Leather Therapy" ...I think, I haven't had a suede seated saddle for years.
