Bit Chewing

There is this one pony called Maybe Me and he consistently chews on his bit I don't really know but if this is a problem I will contact the barn manager and let her know.

Too many unknowns. When does he mainly do it? Is the bridle adjusted correctly? It could be too loose or too tight. How long has the horse been using the bit? Has it just been started or is it a new bit? Is it while the horse is standing and/or while working? Could be from being nervous or anxious or from boredom.
