Bitless bridle?

I have an extremely stubborn horse. He doesn't like the bit, it just makes him more stubborn. A halter works a little bit better, but not completely better.

I was needing a review on experiences with bitless bridles or a hackamore with stubborn horses.

Have you ever used one on a stubborn horse? If so please leave a review of your experience.

You have a ton of options, but for a horse like your I would go with a side pull dbl rope it has a bit more of a bite. Of bosal hackamore, the give some leverage. I have used almost ever bitless option, if you pm me I can send you some links.... good luck...

Are you referring to the crossunder bitless bridle? I use one on my extremely difficult gelding and it works very well.

No I am not talking about that kind of bitless bridle. But they are great, I just would love to find a really nice western style one.

Traditinal western bitless, or just western in appearance?
Dr. Cook's makes a very nice western looking one if that's what you meant.
