Blanket storage

I am having a bit of a storage problem. My horse has 6 blankets and my tiny tack room doesn't give me the ability to hang a traditional blanket rack. I really need something that can be on the floor. I am also pretty OCD and I don't like the idea of just throwing them all in a trunk. Does anyone have any solutions for this organization problem?

Thanks in advance

What about a quilt rack, one of those free standing wooden crafty ones.

Well-we put ours in bins in the hay loft when not in use and rotate them as needed. We don't leave more than one out usually-unless it is the "shoulder seasons", and even then-sheet and one blanket per horse. Takes up to much room, and we hate clutter and crap around. They are either on the horse or hanging on a rack on the front of the stall. If wet-hanging on a higher hook on the front of the stall.

Roll them up like sleeping bags and tie them with twine.

Folding or rolling and then tying string around them is the best idea. A Rubbermaid type trunk will help keep the mice from nesting.
