File a dispute with Paypal. If she STILL doesn't respond, escalate to a claim. Paypal doesn't always make you ship an item back especially if they don't respond. I had this happen with a motorcycle helmet. The ad said order a size bigger as they run small. I did and it was HUGE! When I contacted the seller, their "solution" was to just buy a new one as shipping would have cost just as much as what I paid! I copied all the sellers emails in the claim and Paypal ruled in my favor and didn't have me send it back to get the refund.
