Breast collars

I just recently purchased a wonder 23 year old retired from the tx dept. Of criminal justice, I am new to horse and knew she would be perfect to learn on, my question is the breast collar do they come in sizes or are they one size fits all because I can't seem to get it to fit how do you attach these to the saddle?

Breast collars basically come in 3 sizes, pony, horse, and draft horse. On a Western saddle there are usually attachment "D" rings in front of the skirt inbetween the swell and the bottom of the saddle. If your saddle has no "D" rings then attach the tugs to the rigging.
