Bridle quality? Are you tired of me yet?!?!

So I am looking for a bridal to match my new stubben wotan, as if I NEED to spend more money right ! Well I'm looking on ebay and found this bridal I really like made by Rissfa international, I've never heard of them but to me it looks really nice, what do you think? Do you think it's decent quality? I think it would match my new saddle very nicely! I don't want total garbage but I'm seriously over by horse budget this year My boyfriend is going to have a fit if he finds out I bought another saddle! I'm so glad we have separate bank accounts

I've never heard the brand, and for the price I doubt it's a nice quality one. I'd look into Suffolk or Crown (also not the best quality, but they are not bad).

Darn, I was really hoping it was going to be decent lol, I love the look of it. I think I'll just hold off on buying a bridal for now

That looks just like my Henri De Rivel bridle, which is surprisingly nice. It's not AS nice as some other bridles I've felt up, but it's a great bridle for my purposes.

Rachel, the problem is they all look similar nice. On pic. But not when you touch them with fingers. With that being said you may be lucky and it's not bad. Never know. I got dressage bridle for my qh quite cheap and very nice quality (I couldn't believe when I saw it). But I was just lucky (I got it in local tack store). HDR is nice too BTW, but I think it's more pricey than Suffolk (I may be wrong though). Check SmartPack, I believe they had cheaper bridles too and they are nice to deal with.

Kitten is right that it's in the feel where you see what 23$ will buy and wont' buy. You want it to be dyed through the hide, not surface "painted" and such.
That one actually doesn't look so bad. My first impression is that it's a bit dark for the Wotan you posted.

Hey, I know this is an old thread, but I thought I'd pipe in. My mom and I selected this brand bridle (from this seller) for my daughter for her birthday as a nice schooling dressage bridle for her (she just turned 8). We chose this because a) it's sizes actually fit my daughter's pony's hard to fit head, and b) it was inexpensive and would match the nice black Thorowgood synthetic saddle my husband and I bought for her birthday. As I use Crosby, Collegiate, Courbette, and HDR tack on my personal horse, I'm very familiar with high quality leather. (I prefer to buy inexpensive or moderately used higher quality bridles for schooling to save my nice brand stuff for shows) We were pleasantly surprised when the bridle arrived. The leather was actually not half bad! No, it's not a Courbette bridle...but it's not that horrible cheap leather that feels like...thick paper (if you KWIM...i HATE those bridles). It got even nicer after she oiled it as well. So, if you're looking for a nice bridle for schooling or schooling shows...GO FOR IT! It's not a bad price at all!
