Broken Saddle horn

Can a broken saddle horn be repaired on a saddle without the entire tree having to be replaced? More for cosmetic appearance, not for actual usage.

I think so, but it might cost more than the saddle is worth. Here's one that was dragged behind a truck but repaired Welcome to Keith's Shoe and Saddle Repair - Sugarcreek Ohio

Several people on another forum have used this shop: http://www.thesaddleguy.com/westernrepairpricing

$125 here http://www.lewissaddleshop.com/saddl...dle_repair.htm

$400 here http://www.dhrss.com/saddle-repair/index.html

They can be repaired stronger than they originally were.
