Bucking Rolls vs. Poleys?

Are bucking rolls and poleys the same thing?

Are they angled or located differently on the saddle?

Also, if you've ridden a saddle with them - do you like them or not? Why?

I think poleys are on Australian saddles and bucking rolls are used on slick forked western saddles. They both do the same thing in theory but they don't look the same.
