    Thumbs up Buying a Saddle

I'm looking at different Western Saddles (its my first time buying) but there's so much stuff out there! Any important info I need to know before buying one, basically general things? Ex.Brand Name, size. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

If it looks to good to be true it usually is. What is your budget? If it's under or close to $500 new stay away. There are alot of junk saddles out there.

Good brands: Simco, Circle Y, Courts, tucker, many more but I'm tired and can't think. Make sure to watch saddle fiting videos so you know how to measure your horse and you can buy the right saddle.
