What do you want to buy exactly? There are bunch of good places on Internet (in US), but some specialize in English, some in Western, some in horse health, etc...
Since you are talking about english saddle in your other thread, I'd look into Dover and Trumbull Mountain Tack Shop - The Saddle Specialists (both new and used). In general, if you want to buy saddle on-line look for the shops with trial policy: you really want to see if it fits your horse (and your own bum, of course  ), so in case it's not you could return it back.
I LOVE www.hitchingposttack.com They have a lot of items. They are also a small business based in Kentucky so they have everything in the store and ships out about the same day you make your order (that is before 4pm) I have delt with them for many years bought 2 saddles from them this year. They offer fre shipping on any order of $100 and they have always treated me great!
I like Adam's Horse Supply. They have great customer service and will answer all of your questions over the phone. Welcome To AdamsHorseSupplies Their prices are competitive too.
For things they do not have, I shop at valleyvet.com, kvvetsupply.com, doversaddlery.com, smartpakequine.com, and horseloverz.com.
