    If it's comfortable and fits the the horse - who cares?

    No one is going to see much of it when you are riding anyway!

    Haha I was trying to figure out the brand but I think it's just a cheapie anyway. The color scheme actually grew on me a bit and it *seems* to fit my mare ALOT better then my western saddle so if it fits I ain't complaining!!

    You can google leather dyeing. I found some really good information on it. It's much easier to go a lot darker from what I read. And if you need to be prepared for some dye bleeding out even if you reseal.... or so I read.
