Both saddles are placed too far forward over the horse's shoulder. Scoot them back so the front concho is sitting just behind the horse's shoulder blade. Take more photos and don't take them so close up. You need to step back so we can see the whole horse's shoulder and front edge of the saddle for the front shot (take it at a 3/4 angle, not from the top down) and so we can see the whole horse for the side shot. Have the saddles lightly cinched up, no pad.
