Mild soap and water.

No different than cleaning some dirty vinyl.

I have a wintec with equisuede and pleather
All I do is just dump it in the bathtub with a tiny bit of shampoo and rub it with my hands

I just use horse shampoo. Wintec actually has a saddle cleaner, but now, after 1 and a half years after using the Wintec soap once, everytime my Wintec gets wet soap/foam comes up.. ! I hosed it thoroughly and have tried hosing it off but it really doesn't help.

Trained
Same as Casey, just wipe it off with a cloth & sudsy superpoo water, then dry it off with a shamwow cloth. Looks like new, easy too!
