Cleburne Saddles, Please help me with your saddle knowledge

Does anyone know anything about Cleburne Saddles from Texas. I stumbled upon one and now am looking to sell it to help finance vet bills. I bought it used and did not know until I began researching that they are actually a high end saddle? I am having a very hard time finding information on the company and saddles themselves. Does anyone know what they typically retail at new or have any idea on what they sell for on average in good condition. I have seen some for sale for $200 (guessing they think its just another old saddle no one has heard of) and a lot in the 1500-2000 dollar range...
