Courbette saddles

I've been looking all over creation to find a saddle to fit my mutton-withered appaloosa. I was using an XW Thornhill saddle, but I sold it because I didn't like the way it fit me. (it fit my horse pretty well, tho)

I've now been looking in to the Courbette Alpina saddle, which comes with the flex tree. They have an XW flex tree option which is supposed to fit really wide horses. Does anyone have any info on the Courbette tree, and especially on the Alpina model or the XW flex tree? I want t know if the XW flex tree is truly extra wide, and if it will work on a flat-backed horse.

Also, if anyone has experience fitting a no-withered, table backed horse and can suggest some saddle brands, it would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!!!
