Creating Your Own Saddle

Is there such a thing as "saddle making schools?" I've tried using Google to find more information, but I only came across one man in Canada who teaches saddle making. Has anyone ever heard of such a thing?

The first link luvs2ride posted is right by my old house. Our drill team went and met him and he showed us a bunch of his stuff. We were going to take a class, but I couldnt come up with the money in time.
