I was planning on getting this saddle (Reinsman Reining Saddles - 4764 - Safety, Comfort and Performance for rider and horse.) for my birthday, along with a matching headstall, reins, and breast collar.... BUT I just had a bad experience ordering saddle pads from the company so I'd like to know if this has happened to anyone else before I decide if I still want the saddle.
I ordered two Reinsman pads on May 30th. My pads just arrived today... over 5 weeks later - and during that time I sent them two emails asking when they would arrive. They sent me very unhelpful and uninformative emails back.
Now, that alone makes me think twice about ordering a saddle from them. But there's more...

The item numbers match up. The patterns and shapes are the same. Nobody made a mistake and sent me the wrong color. They're trying to pass those colors off as the ones listed online! It's as if somebody edited the contrast and saturation before posting the photos online.
I really don't like these colors and I'm not going to order a different color from the huge assortment on their website after this.
I'm really, really annoyed. I spent a long time looking at different pads before I decided on these, and then I waited over five weeks for them to arrive! Now I'm going to have to pick an entirely new pad from a different company and wait for that to arrive. Grrrr!
