CWD Saddle Flap Translation! Help :)

I was curious if anyone could decipher this CWD flap for me?

The 175, I presume, is 17.5" seat. The 3L refers to the flap; it's how they decipher between their long/forward/average flaps. I *believe* 3L is their long flap. The last number on there might be the year manufactured, but I can't see it well enough.

The only thing I am confused about is the "TC"?

TC might refer to the seat (flat?).
