Did I get a good deal?

A little late now I guess, but I recently purchased an HDR saddle and girth for $600 total.

They are in like-new condition (when I say this, I literally mean like-new, maybe 5 rides total).

Here is a picture of the saddle I received:

After looking at this link, I am pretty sure I know the answer to my own question...but I will post this anyway because I am excited and LOVE this saddle!!

Thanks so much!

And FYI, it is SUPER comfy. By far the best saddle I have ridden in. I will eventually need to buy the blocks for it (the previous owner removed them since she just did flatwork) since I will be Eventing, but that wont be for another year at least.

I would definitely recommend this saddle!

It's a great deal. I think you are very lucky.

I really love those saddles with soft knee rolls. Not the ones with knee rolls that are very rigid/stiff and hard. I think that this makes the saddle a lot more comfier. And this saddle seems to have very nice knee rolls.

I'm happy that you found your perfect saddle. Hope that the horse is happier too.
