Do YOU have a tack fetish?

I thought it would be cool if everyone just kinda listed all the things they own, I really do have a tack fetish, as you will see by my list, even more considering I don't have my own horse. It's ok, if you don't know exactly what you have, a rough estimate will be just fine, lol!

Here's my list:

Western Pleasure Saddle
Barrel Racing Breast Collar

Mule Butt Strap
Two leather bridles
Two rope bridles

Oh yes! I collect stuff even if I don't have a horse!!
- 2 nylon halters
- 1 leather halter
- 3 halter shanks
- 1 english saddle
- 1 girth
- 1 western saddle
- 1 cinch
- english breastplate
- 3 english bridles
- 1 western headstall
- 4 saddle pads (english)
- 1 saddle pad (western)
- 1 fly sheet
- 1 cooler
- 1 winter blanket
- 1 pair horse boots
- about a gazillion brushes and hoof picks!

I'm sure I'm missing some stuff.... :)

oh yikes, for my own well being I'm not sure I should even try to make a list of what I have. Worst part is both my horses are yearlings

I actually don't have too much right now.

- lunge whip
- lunge line
- nylon halter
- curry comb
- hard brush
- soft brush
- mane comb
- tail brush
- hoof pick
- about to buy an english saddle

That's pretty much it right now. I'm saving my money to get A LOT more stuff - all in lime green or ice blue!

I'm with you I couldn't even attempt to list all the horse stuff I have. We had to buy a little shed just to keep it all in
Besides I'd have to clean out my tack shed and do inventory to get a list.

For my own mental stability I won't post all the stuff we have for 2 horses...lol Well, that and my hubby might read this!

Lets just say I have 5 saddles... :roll: And enough tack to go with them...and too many halters...ug... I better quit!

Probably enough to outfit an outfitter! I just had to expand my tack room. I'm getting ready to go up to the tack shop now. My good saddle doesn't fit the new gelding!

When I'm at the tack store they know to take all the tags off whatever I just bought. "What Honey? This old thing? Nah, I've had it for years".

I'm not arguing with you, I'm just explaining why I'm right.

Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.

I too have a billion things. It seems that my horse stuff just keeps multiplying and multiplying everytime I turn around.

- 1 English Pessoa Saddle
- 1 english bridle
- 2 All purpose saddle pads
- 2 wither relief pads
- 2 shaped english saddle pads
- 2 grooming totes
- 4 stiff brushes
- 3 soft brushes
- 2 rubber curries
- 2 crops
- 3 hoofpicks
- 2 winter blankets
- 3 spring/fall sheets
- 2 scrims
- Baker sheet (required for showing at our barn)
- 1 fly sheet
- 1 pr fly wraps
- about 5 or 6 different kinds of leather cleaner and conditioner
- 2 fuzzy girths
- 1 leather girth
- 1 breastplate with martingale attatchment
- 2 prs of Heidi Galloping boots
- 4 nylon halters
- 2 lead ropes (I usually use the ones at the barn)
- 2 leather halters
- 1 set of halter fuzzies for trailering
- 8 standing wraps (4 for shipping and 4 in first aid kit)
- 4 no bow wraps for shipping
- First aid kit fully stocked
- fly spray, shampoo, conditioner, detangler, etc.
- and of course a bunch of horsey TREATS!!

Holy cow I have a bunch of stuff and I probably missed a bunch too. I also sold some stuff on ebay last week.

yep I have a "Tack addiction" but for differant things I hunt far and wide for the things that stand out!!
Have a thing for green at the moment fell a pink faze coming on!
