does anyone hav exp adjusting English saddles fitted with FLAIR?

I bought an Older Passier and Sohn K Baum jumping saddle made in the mid 1980s. The saddle is in pretty good shape but the previous owner had the flocking removed from the panels and had it replaced with air bladders. The system is called "FLAIR". I was checking the tree and everything on it including these "Flair" panels when I noticed that one of the chambers there are 4 2 front and 2 back, has noticeably less air then the others. The professional kit to adjust the air is 100. I guess what I want to know is a. Is there a cheaper way to add air and b has anyone here had experience with adjusting this system.
