Does this saddle fit?

I have a saddle out on trial and I'm wondering what everyone's opinion of it is as far as saddle fit and the brand is concerned as well as the worth of it. It's a Action Company saddle. I don't know much about them and I couldn't find very much information about them online. I'm wondering if anybody has experience with this brand of saddle and whether or not they like them. I want to use it for trail riding, team penning and Ranch Versatility shows. It has some staining on the fenders and the skirt and one of the rear cinch straps is missing. They are asking $300 for it.

I'm not good at western but it looks like it fits.

And FYI Action Company is a wholesaler that sells several brands. So saying it is an action company saddle means nothing that isn't the brand. What does the latigo holder say?

It looks good, but it is hard to tell with pictures..
When I tried out my western saddle, I rode with just a white sheet under it untill my horse was a bit sweaty, the white sheet helps you see if the saddle is rubbing anywhere! Good luck, it's a nice saddle!

Here's a picture of the latigo holder. It says Action Company MAKER. Is Maker the brand? If you can find any info on it that would be great!

hmmm they say wholesaler and maker of those brands so perhaps they have a contract to use those companies designs to manufactor their own? I know billy cook saddles are now made in factories so perhaps kind of like this?

I'm not sure what you're saying? Are you saying that this saddle could be a Billy Cook or other name brand but because it was made in a factory it doesn't have a name written on it? How do I tell if it's a good quality saddle?

Well they list the brands they carry so I'm guessing it could be a replica of any one of those brands. I think the easiest way to know would be to call and give that serial number that is on the latigo. The company should be able to tell you more.

Alright, so I called to company. The people were very nice. They couldn't tell me much. I asked what it sold for new and she said that she couldn't tell me because it is discontinued but that they are very good quality saddles and she owns a couple from the same variety. I asked what the brand was and she just told me that it was an Action saddle. I think I'm going to buy it. I only rode for a little while today in it because I need to take the stirrup turns out so that I can shorten the stirrups enough that I can touch them. Thank you for the help though and if anyone else has any input on the saddle fit it would be much welcomed!

I think it looks pretty decent. Just get a good workout in so your horse sweats up and check the sweat patterns.
