I sent them the picture and they sent me a return label, I let them know I do not want the saddle back, I want a new one that is correct or my money back and all they said was they had to look at it first. Fair enough. I have not heard anything back yet, tho I left several messages on Friday after I got the noon delivery receivd confirmation.
I was actually horrified when I put it on my horse only to see there was a 'point' sticking up under the leather in the right front, which I assumed was part of the underneath dee attachment resulting from the whole right side of saddle looking 'off' followed by what appears to be a bent tree with a fist shaped hard lump under the curled up area in back. I'm hoping they, too, are horrified they sent this out and that they apologize (I waited 5 weeks for it to ship!) and that they confirm my correctly made saddle will be on it's way shortly.
I was expecting much better workmanship! It is Circle Y/Tucker these days, and I am oping for a call Monday that will result in a new saddle on it's way. I will keep you posted, hopefully with news of good customer service and quick resolution.
