Does she look high withered? Such a hard time finding a saddle that fits

Does my horse look high withered? She's a 5yo APHA and I'm having a difficult time finding a saddle that fits. My 6.5" gullet is a joke, and my friend's 7.5" even seems to pinch. Considering trying a treeless but I've heard they don't work well with high withered horses and I don't know if my girl would be considered high withered...any advice?

Somewhat high yes, but that doesn't mean she needs a narrow tree. Just a tall gullet. :)
