Double Tugs Breast Collar?

What exactly are the two tugs for? O.o What are the benefits?

Those are generally used by ropers, the dual tugs just give a bit of extra strength for the pull of the cow and support to make sure it doesn't shift on their chest during high speed maneuvers.

Not at all, I have never been a fan of the ones with 2 tugs. I am naturally lazy and they have too much to adjust and attach before I can ride .
