Dover Saddle Pad - How long to ship?

So I just ordered a new saddle pad from Dover's online store and I got my initials on it. My question is, how long does it take normally for one of those to actually get to your house? I have a show in two weeks that I would really like to have it for. I mean, it's not the end of the world because I do have a million other pads I can use at the trainers, but I kind of just want to show it off ha ha :)

Thanks guys ^^

P.S. If you have any pictures of your embroidered pads I'd love to see them :)

I feel like Dover is one of the slowest places to shop. It takes me at least a week and a half to get my orders in! You might want to check in the catalog, but I'm pretty certain that customized items take an extra several weeks on top of the processing/shipping time. For the next time, it'd be much faster to order a pad from another company (smartpak or valley vet are both pretty quick) and then take it to a tailor with a monogrammer. It might even be cheaper that way too.

You could call the number and ask, or go online and do a live chat with a customer service person.....they may be able to tell you better. Hopefully it is in stock. That is where I have an issue with them. It says "in stock", I order, they notify me in a couple of days that it is backordered until the next millenium, then a couple weeks is not longer available. I do like them I really do, but prefer to go to the store.

It took two weeks for me to get my Sprenger bit, I'm in Nebraska. I would imagine that a personalized item would take longer.

I ordered from Dover several times. Usually within a week you get it (often even faster).

Dover ships via FedEx SmartPost, so it takes FOREVER to get to me. Doesn't help that I pretty much live in nowhereville and have a very challenged Mailperson. Dover has had to re-ship several orders to me because my Mailperson can't read street signs, delivers to the wrong street and then sends my order back to Dover.

State Line is fast! I ordered Monday night and there was a pile of boxes on my doorstep today!

Another vote that Dover is slow.

Call and ask them what they think the estimated time of arrival will be.

I have never ordered personalized items from that catalog. Normal off the shelf stuff (fly sheet, etc) takes at least a week, closer to two, to arrive.

Smartpak is quick. I have ordered personalized stuff Monday morning and it has been at my door on Wednesday when I got home from work. No idea how they do that. Love Smartpak!

Oh, I love SmartPak too. Sometimes their prices are a little higher but if I want something for a show or by a certain time I use them because they are reliably fast!

Every time I order from StateLine I get an email three days later saying the item is now out of stock and they give me a refund :(

I have done some price comparison shopping and I can usually find something at Smartpak for the same prices or even less than I find them elsewhere.

With the flat rate (or free, love free shipping codes) shipping it was a great deal when I was buying buckets and such for my barn. No freight, multiple item discount and great service.

I agree. SmartPack is very fast. My other vote is ValleyVet - 1 to 2 days delivery as well.
